Tina provided compassionate one-on-one addiction counseling, support and guidance to those facing substance use challenges, earning a reputation as someone deeply helpful and caring during difficult times.
She was greatly involved in the church, cultural and spiritual life, particularly treasuring her participation in the annual traditional pow wow at Wahnapitae First Nation where she served as the Head Elder for many years.
Tina offered invaluable guidance to Gezhtoojig Employment and Training. She provided foundational direction and contributed to the organization's Anishinaabe name "Gezhtoojig" which reflects its mission as a leading resource for Anishnabek people.
